ArsenalCX started with the vision to get more of the nation’s leading space and defense technologies to the warfighter faster. After nearly two decades working in and with the Department of Defense, we have developed the expertise in how government business is planned and executed. But the irony is that the Government itself relies on legions of technical experts to follow and execute on its own processes.

Founder
Matt founded ArsenalCX to change the game for businesses breaking into the government space and defense markets. As a former business leader for the government, Matt is passionate about bringing this same level of skill and service to smaller companies so that they can be more effective partners for national security missions.
Throughout his career, Matt has been a business and thought leader, process and training expert, and coach and mentor.

Former Space Force unlimited warrant contracting officer and agreements officer (OTAs)
Former Army warranted contracting officer
International defense business development, sales, and innovation product development for a FTSE 100 company
Global commodity manager and supply chain leader for mechanical components, electrical systems, precision machining, forgings and castings
Operational deployments to Afghanistan and Qatar as a warfighter and supporting contingency operations
